Service availability depends on network stability, device condition, and carrier connection quality. If service cannot be used because of device arrears, traffic limits, poor signal, system restrictions, or regional network issues, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption. Using this Service outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may generate carrier data charges, which are the user's responsibility.
